CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY CREATES WHAT YOU ENVISION

Curiosity is essential on the path to achieving outstanding performance. When BROSSwas founded, it began with one question: Why are there no high-quality bicycles madein China? Today, BROSS provides ample resources to the smartest and mostpassionate bicycle designers and researchers to answer that question. Innovation onlyhappens when you have the courage to ask tough questions and explore unchartedterritories. To be a leader in the industry, you must constantly innovate.

Fully Internal Cable Routing System

All BROSS models are equipped with a fullyinternal cable routing system. The 1-1/2-inchlarge bearings combined with the standard28.6mm front head tube provide ample spacefor cable routing, creating a cleaner and moreaerodynamic shape for the entire bike.

Aerodynamic Design

BROSS’s aerodynamic models adoptadvanced aerodynamic design concepts, withthe frame optimized through CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulationsto reduce frontal area and create a smoothairflow transition, effectively reducing dragcoefficient..

TCF Technology Manufacturing

The frame is made using TCF-TeXtremeCarbon Fabrics, achieving a lighter weightwithout sacrificing rigidity or strength, whilealso improving impact resistance and surfacesmoothness. The thin layers of straightcarbon fibers in TeXtreme Spread Tow (<0.05mm/layer) suppress or delay crack initiationin composite structures, thereby enhancingthe performance of the composite materialby preventing micro-cracks and damageunder heavy loads.

User-Friendly and Comprehensive Geometry

By combining ergonomics with big dataanalysis, the angles and dimensions ofvarious parts of the frame are preciselycalculated and repeatedly verified, allowingdifferent frame sizes to accommodate usersof varying heights. Additionally, a variety ofsize accessories are provided to optimize theriding experience, enhancing comfort andefficiency.

NACA Tube Profile Design

BROSS’s integrated frames use NACA airfoiltube profiles. Referencing wing shapes, thedesign flattens near the tail, with a tapereddesign similar to the commonly used D-shaped tubes. This tube profile has certainaerodynamic advantages in wind resistance.

EPS Core Molding Technology

BROSS carbon fiber frames are formed usingEPS foam core technology, where EPS foamserves as internal support. After stackingcarbon fiber prepreg and heating to cure, theEPS is removed to achieve lightweightconstruction. This technology ensuresprecise frame shape and high strength whileeffectively controlling costs andmanufacturing efficiency.

Latex Airbag Core Molding

Latex airbags are more elastic than EPS foamcores, allowing for better molding into theframe’s interior. This results in a very smoothinternal finish for the final product, eliminating wrinkles, lines, and creases, making the walls more uniform and theframe stronger.

PLUME Lightweight High Modulus Version

Most BROSS models, in addition to thestandard production versions, also offer alighter and stronger PLUME high-modulusframe option. The PLUME frame, made usingmore advanced manufacturing processes, combines high strength, low weight, andexcellent handling characteristics.

Aluminum Alloy Triple-Tapered Tubes

This technology achieves an extremelightweight design for the frame by preciselycontrolling the three different wallthicknesses within the tube. At the sametime, it retains the strength and rigidity of keyload-bearing areas. This optimization notonly reduces the overall weight of the frame, enhancing riding agility and efficiency, butalso ensures the frame’s stability anddurability under complex road conditions.
